Synopsis

Washington the fox, Sam the wild boar and Eugenie, Sam's little sister, are tired of living paw-to-mouth in the wilderness. They crave the creature comforts only the suburbs can provide and decide to zip into costume and disguise themselves as run-of-the-mill house pets.

Director's BIO

Lionel Allaix studied Fine Arts at the University of Nimes in the South of France. Self taught, talented and creative, he learnt his English from listening to the Clash. In much the same way he learnt to master animation techniques, after studying animation at La Fabrique, and then working as an In-betweener on institutional films.

It was then at Saban that he started working on Layouts, and it was also at Saban that he passed a Storyboard test and promptly became a fulltime Storyboarder.

As an already accomplished Storyboarder, Lionel thenwent on to completeproduction after production; firstly with Gaumant and then Xilam most notably on Oggy and the Cockroaches and Space Goofs, then accumulating valuable experience on prestigious shows such as Totally Spies, Martin Mystery, Team Galaxy with Marathon, Robot Boy for Alphanim, Commander Clark for Go-N Productions, and Scary Larry for Timoon/Genao. He has won both the recognition and admiration of his peers and is known as one of the best Storyboarders of his generation.

Most recently, Lionel has co-directed four episodes of Oscar and Co and four further episodes of Plankton Invasion for Teamto.

His first series as a Director is ZIP ZIP, produced by Go-Productions. This 52 x 13’ comedy cartoon series is a genre in which he can fully express his technical expertise in storyboarding and animation, and combine them with the special blend of humour for which he is renowned.
